Committed, enthusiastic and humble.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
A ballerina (because of the tutu).

What is your philosophy when it comes to food and hospitality?
I say treat your customers like family. Treating them as how I would like to be treated. I believe food should be fresh using seasonal ingredients prepared simply.

What would you choose for your last meal?
Depending on my pre-mortal status, if I’m still lucid and not fed up with life I will have the elixir of life and if I can choose the crockery I want it served in the Holy Grail.
