We are delighted to announce that in September 2019 we will be opening 4 bedrooms above the restaurant.
This is our real news not our April Fool’s prank, where we teased you that we were rebranding, to create the world’s greatest Scottish restaurant, Quite Simply Scottish,
The design of the building, is being led by Lina Duhs and Richard Parker of Harrison Pitts Architects, retaining original features and including contemporary additions. The furniture and fittings will be hand chosen by Rob, to create an eclectic style and luxury finish.
Rob, says: “With an ongoing development and investment plan, we are aiming to redefine the luxury overnight experience in Lancaster with our 4 new bedrooms, in line with our brand values of top quality, high standards of excellence and friendly, personal service.”
Recognising our unique position as market leader in the local area, we, never stand still and this exciting new initiative underlines our commitment to optimise the brand experience for our valued customers.
Robert added: “Quite Simply French has operated in Lancaster for over 22 years and is now one of the most recognised and best-loved restaurants in the area. As we embark on our next phase of growth and cement our leadership position, our new vision – creating four luxury, affordable bedrooms where our guests can enjoy a unique experience – provides us with new focus and momentum to take the business forward.”
