Had a great time on a Saturday Dinner time on the 20th Dec 2025, party of seven, staff could not have been nicer or attentive in a timely manner. The food was outstanding. Price has gone up since we where there last year, but considering the taxes this Government is placing on establishments like this, you have to support them for these establishments to survive. I travelled from Preston with 6 other people, one of our favourite restaurants of all time.

However for the price of the rooms, and the absence of lifts, it is unfair not to help customers with their luggages. It is even worse to ask customers to get breakfast so a member of the kitchen can help them with one or 2 luggages. The breakfast is too expensive for the quantity given as well. It is not a buffet. Overall the suites are nice, but without a lift and a conciergerie, the prices should be reduced. The stairs are not ideal and a bit steep. If you are older and travelling with family or friends (so many luggages), or if you have issues with your knees, this hotel might not be ideal for you.  Great food though!
